September brought significant change and several major personal achievements. After more than seven years with my previous company, I moved into a new UK-based role—one of my main goals for the year. I also achieved another goal by passing the UK driving test, widely regarded as one of the world’s most challenging. Alongside these milestones, I travelled around England and squeezed in a weekend trip to Germany. It was a busy but rewarding month, full of new experiences. Here’s what I got up to in September.

Labor Day Weekend in Des Moines & Minneapolis

Over Labor Day weekend Mark and I spent a 3 night/4 day trip in Des Moines, Iowa and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Noelle’s Monthly Recap: September 2017

My Septembers are usually full of American football, but this month they were full of something different… wine! This month marked collaborations with two wineries in Virginia, meaning that I had a lot of weekends closer to home exploring the countryside – and wine scene. That was fine by me though as two of my busiest months of travel this year is are coming up next – look to see where I’m heading in October at the end of this post.
