After a January that dragged on, February seemingly flew by. Early and mid month were spent laying low in England, with a day trip to Evesham and staycation in Cheltenham. Things got busier later in the month though as I flew to the Baltics for a nine day adventure through Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia – look for coverage on that trip this month. Noelle’s Monthly Recap: January 2017
January started off with sickness slowing me down considerably early and again mid month, although I did manage to fit in a great hike at Leckhampton Hill, and day trips to Cirencester and Bath. It was also a emotionally frustrating month as I watched the U.S. political turmoil from afar. There’s always the good to focus on though, as my trip to Porto, Portugal was one of my favorite I’ve done thus far – look for posts on it in February.

December was a month full of friends, family, and festive holiday celebrations. I started off the Christmas season at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, London, followed by a weekend in Stuttgart, Germany to experience the infamous Christmas markets. Noelle’s Monthly Recap: October 2016
October was a great month filled with lots of time with friends and family. Early in the month Markie and I celebrated his 10th birthday stateside, and I got to catch up with all my friends from home that I hadn’t seen in several months. Later in the month my sister and her friend came to visit London for a week, so I played tour guide to them and showed them the best of the city.
